Ash-Bert Limited was incorporated in 1984 as a specialist Investment and Financial consultancy.

Over the years Ash-Bert Ltd. has grown and expanded its operations, together with foreign partners in the oil & gas industry, which is the pivot of the Nigerian economy.

Our major partnership, which has existed for over a decade in this sector, has been with Veritas DGC, operating as Digital Exploration Nigeria Ltd. and managed by Ash-Bert Ltd. This partnership has led to the establishment of a full fledged and dedicated Seismic data processing centre with full management from Veritas DGC. Ash-Bert Limited is expanding successfully into other areas of the oil & gas services sector.

In addition to our partnerships, Ash-Bert Ltd. has established a few subsidiaries a number of which are Ash-Bert Construction, Ash-Bert Beverages and Ash-Bert Leisure Co. Ltd. The latter handles marketing and organisation of events, Ash-Bert Beverages is involved in the design of a bottling plant and the production of drinks, while Ash-Bert Construction handles development, planning and execution of construction projects.
The organization is also affiliated with Fotofast Co., which provides photography services.

To support the group professionally, Ash-Bert Ltd. also has a strong team of consultants within the oil & gas industry ranging from project valuation to contract execution in the E&P sector of the industry. Also attached to us are experienced consultants for the provision of environmental management services.

Due to the current focus of the Nigerian government in developing the Niger Delta, Ash-Bert Construction and indeed all the other arms of the firm, are suitably placed to take advantage of the vast project to the benefit of the area.

We have also worked in this area through the planning, development and construction of the Abraka Turf Club in Delta state. The Turf comprises of accommodation units, stables, a clubhouse with a swimming pool, lawn tennis courts and squash courts, a restaurant and bar.

Projects we continue to pursue in construction would include but are not limited to, turnkey projects for; power generation, building schools, laboratories, fitted clinics/hospitals and various community infrastructure.

As we have made apparent in this brief introduction, Ash-Bert Ltd. is very keen on the establishment of indigenous business units, which then grow to become independent successful businesses. This has been our mission.
