Joint Ventures
One of Ash-Bert’s primary business objectives is to achieve growth through joint participation, with well-established companies, in projects and activities in those sectors of the Nigerian Economy that it is familiar with.

Whether Ash-Bert plays a passive or active role in any joint venture, it will always advise on strategies that will aid in achieving returns consistent with the investment expectations of its partners.

If a company decides to enter into a joint venture, Ash-Bert would take on full responsibility for establishing the company as quickly and a efficiently as possible. Once established, it would demonstrate its commitment to joint venture by taking up an equity position. Ash-Bert would therefore commit both its manpower and financial resources to ensure that the company realizes its potentials.

Ash-Bert believes firmly in joint venture partnerships, and in 1993 and 1994 invested over N78, 000,000.00 in joint venture projects. Ash-Bert is totally convinced of the efficacy of joint ventures to exploit the many opportunities which continue to arise, and will continue to commit its resources to their growth.
